What happens after I submit my application?

Applications are generally reviewed within 24 business hours of submission by our team. We move quickly and will be in touch via phone or email to invite you to the first stage of the process which is generally a phone conversation about the role to ensure it is a fit for you. From there, successful candidates are invited to a Zoom interview and the rest will be career-making history!

Will you send my resume directly to the Client?

No, we will never ever share your resume without your permission first. We take pride in shortlisting only a very small number of candidates per role and only submit after interviewing you. So you can rest assured that we will only submit you after we have done our due diligence and once we have your consent.

Do you edit my resume before sharing?

Like any agency, we do remove contact details before sending to our Client. On occasion, we make formatting edits and elevations where we feel your resume can represent you in a better light, However, we will never send a resume with any changes that you haven’t reviewed and approved first.

I created a profile but I haven’t heard about a role that’s listed on the current Job Board that I’m a fit for. What should I do?

We do our best to thoroughly match our candidate database with each role and pre-emptively reach out, however sometimes profiles can slip through the cracks! If you see a role and you’d like to hear more, resubmit your application or contact the listed recruiter via email and we’ll be in touch from there.

I tick some, but not all of the boxes. Should I apply?

We say always apply for a role that excites you. Depending on how closely your skills match the role, we’ll be able to support an interview or in some circumstances we may have something similar that’s a better match that we can discuss. If things don’t work out, we’ll then have your profile and career details to be able to stay in touch about future roles that we are briefed on.
