In this role you will:
Lead a small team of 4 to success through driving sales and KPIs.
Work autonomously in making decisions that are best for the boutique
Bring a beautiful customer journey to life with the team and clients alike
Manage the stock inventory of the boutique with a fine attention detail when new launches drop
Have a strong understanding of business acumen and create solution based actions from data
Mentor your team and create development plans for growth in your team
