    • Have at least 2 years of retail experience

THE ROLE

Our client is opening their very first bricks & mortar store. Be a part of the brand’s history as a luxury client advisor in a part-time capacity.

  • Work alongside the Manager and Assistant Manager with a focus on delivering a luxury service to clients

  • Proactively build personal relationships with high value clients to generate a returning VIP client base

  • Lead by example to achieve a superior standard of product knowledge to maximize sales

  • Organise appointments with VIP clients in accordance with the launches, re-cuts, and clients’ requests

  • Ensure that an exemplary standard of client service is provided to all clients (VIPs and non-VIPs), in line with brand expectation

  • Achieve individual and team sales results, build strong team morale and a positive workplace attitude

  • Ensure that a consistent high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive
