The Role

In this role you will:

  • Support the Store Manager to lead the opening of our client’s first ever retail store with a focus on delivering a luxury service to clients

  • Build solid client relations and generate a returning VIP client base

  • Proactively build personal relationships with high value clients

  • Mentor the store team to understand clients’ fashion and lifestyle preferences and lead by example as the key sales convertor for the location

  • Identify clients’ expenditure and trends season on season, and provide feedback to the B&P team

  • Maintain a superior standard of product knowledge to maximize sales

  • Organise appointments in accordance with the launches, re-cuts, and clients’ requests

  • Ensure that an exemplary standard of client service is provided to all clients (VIPs and non-VIPs), in line with brand expectation

  • Support the Store Manager across all in-store activities such as VM, operations, team mentorship and decision-making processes

  • Manage the store on Sunday Mondays

  • Ensure that a consistent high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive
