Lauren is the founder of RÈLIER Group and manages the wider business strategy, client onboarding and the training services component of the agency. Prior to founding RÈLIER, she held national training and retail management roles with some of Australia’s most celebrated fashion brands.

Emily manages our team of recruitment consultants and is the lead recruiter for all senior roles within our portfolio. With over 10 years experience across retail and HR space, Emily is an incredibly well-connected leader who takes a people-led approach in her service delivery.

Kirstin brings an incredible repertoire of shop floor experience to the RÈLIER business. Having worked in area and cluster manager roles prior to our time with us, Kirstin specialises in recruiting for all levels of retail roles across our flagship New South Wales portfolio.

Cassie manages our Queensland, Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia vacancies and, like most of our team, joined us after an impressive stint as a multisite leader of one of Australia’s leading homegrown luxury brands.
