Lauren is the founder of RÈLIER Group and manages the wider business strategy, client onboarding and the training services component of the agency. Prior to founding RÈLIER, she held national training and retail management roles with some of Australia’s most celebrated fashion brands.

Emily manages our team of recruitment consultants and is the lead recruiter for all senior roles within our portfolio. With over 10 years experience across retail and HR space, Emily is an incredibly well-connected leader who takes a people-led approach in her service delivery.

Leah is our Principal Recruitment Consultant and manages head office appointments within the RÈLIER Group portfolio. With nine years’ experience agency-side and a true specialty in fashion, Leah brings a large and experienced pool of new talent to the RÈLIER candidate database.

Cassie manages our Queensland vacancies for Fashion Jobs in the Office and Retail. like most of our team, joined us after an impressive stint as a multisite leader of one of Australia’s leading homegrown luxury brands. She manages the sourcing and recruitment process for all retail roles within her region.

Ruby manages our Retail Vacancies across all of Australia. After a wonderful career in AU designer retail, Ruby spent some time working in corporate agencies, before finding her own perfect pairing with us at RÈLIER. Ruby manages retail vacancies from Assistant Manager, right through to Head of Retail and is a wonderful contact to understand which culture fits are right for you.
