OUR FOUNDER

Relier is founded by Lauren Dick, a through-and-through fashion retailer who grew up on the shop floor.

Driven by passion, dedication and determination for big results, Lauren rose from the shop floor to state and national roles, training the retail teams of some of Australia’s most beloved brands.

Prior to founding RÈLIER in 2020, Lauren worked for several of Australia’s most iconic fashion houses, including Tigerlily, Aje and Kookai. In 2018, she was nominated as a Young Retailer of the Year Finalist, and in 2020, as a Finalist for Young Retailer of the Year by the National Retail Association. Outside of retail, she is a qualified HR generalist — with a fashion portfolio to match.

Lauren’s approach to recruitment, training and career support is gracious and considered. Her wealth of industry knowledge endows her with a unique and creative approach to role-blending, big job-love and team happiness.
