Relier is founded by Lauren Dick, a through-and-through fashion retailer who grew up on the shop floor.

Lauren’s approach to recruitment, training and career support is gracious and considered. Her wealth of industry knowledge endows her with a unique and creative approach to role blending, big job-love and team happiness. Prior to founding Relier, Lauren held National and State positions for a selection of Australia’s most iconic fashion houses, such as Tigerlily, Aje and Kookai. In 2018, Lauren was nominated as a Young Retailer of the Year Finalist and in 2020 as a Finalist for Young Retailer of the Year by the National Retail Association. She is a qualified HR generalist with a fashion portfolio to match.
