    • Have Knitwear and Denim design experience however we are opening to speaking with candidates who have one or the other in terms of category specialisation

    • Demonstrated specialised skill in one category or the other is absolutely essential for this role

    • Have a degree in Fashion Design or related field. 

    • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision. 

    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments. 

    • Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence in design.

The Role

  • Category Ownership: Design & develop successful collections for emerging categories: Denim and Knitwear

  • Cross-Category Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly across various product categories, contributing your creative insights and design expertise to enhance our mainline Ready-to-Wear (RTW) collections. 

  • Creative Design: Collaborate closely with our textile design team to conceptualise and craft captivating designs that align with our client’s unique aesthetic. 

  • Technical Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency in design, ensuring that your designs are not only visually striking but also optimised for production efficiency. 

  • Collaborative Teamwork: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life, leveraging your expertise to enhance the overall creative process. 

  • Innovation and Adaptability: Stay at the forefront of emerging textile design trends and techniques. Embrace innovation, experiment with new ideas, and adapt to evolving industry standards. 

  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the brand commitment to quality by conducting thorough reviews of design concepts and making necessary refinements to meet our high standards. 

  • Brand Representation: Be the guardian of the brand’s visual identity. Your designs should not only feel on-brand but also push the boundaries of creativity, challenging conventional norms while maintaining the brand's distinct style.
