THE ROLE
Play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales and guarantee team success. You know a thing or two about the behind-the-scenes retail biz, meaning you're operationally savvy in stock organisation, roster management, visual merchandising and all that jazz.

In this role you will:
Drive sales and KPI’s with your team alongside the Boutique Manager
Live and breathe flagship level store standards and presentation
Drive and foster a nurturing customer experience
Be part of a brand that values the development of their team and leaders
Execute visual merchandising briefs that align with the brand story
Manage stock and inventory with integrity
