Have prior experience as a Garment Tech, specifically within swim
Bring a strong understanding of swimwear construction, fabric behaviour, and fit principles.
Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bring impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Have experience working with offshore manufacturers.

The Role
We are currently seeking a full-time in-house Garment Technician. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Head of Product, playing a critical role in the product development and production process, ensuring that swimwear and resort wear designs are accurately translated from concept to final production. This role requires exceptional technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in garment construction and fits.
In this role you will:
Create and maintain detailed technical packs, including size specifications for fabrics, trims, construction, and finishes.
Attend and lead fit sessions, measure samples, and provide detailed fit and construction feedback to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Manage and ensure all fit and bulk shipment comments are sent on time and meet brand standards.
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams regarding fit, grading, and fabric & trim performance, ensuring clear and detailed instructions are provided to offshore manufacturers during sampling and bulk processes.
Manage grade rules and size specifications, ensuring consistency across all size ranges.
Conduct quality control checks on samples and bulk production, identifying and resolving any technical issues.
Ensure adherence to brand standards and industry regulations, particularly regarding swimwear performance, stretch, and durability.
Maintain quality, fit, construction, and workmanship standards to ensure consistency across all factories.
