THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Wholesale Executive. In this role, nurture existing relationships with key partners, while proactively building new ones to expand the brand’s wholesale business. We are seeking a savvy sales-gun with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the wholesale distribution channel.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing wholesale partners.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and agencies, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Collaborate with key partners to maximise sales opportunities and improve the brand positioning.

  • Identify and cultivate new wholesale partnerships that align with the brand’s growth strategy.

  • Work with the CEO to develop and execute business plans for new market entry and growth.

  • Monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and provide recommendations for strategic adjustments.

  • Prepare and present regular reports to the CEO on wholesale performance, including key insights and growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.

  • Organise and attend sales events, trade shows, and wholesale meetings to promote the brand and engage with potential partners.

  • Provide insights into customer feedback and market trends to guide product development and marketing strategies.
