Find a way to exhibit your passion for the role whilst only including relevant facts that showcase what an incredible hire you’d be! You should need no more than 3/4 of a page in length to express your unique talents

Highlight your achievements using quantitative data... aka show off your greatest measurable accomplishments. Whether that be smashing your KPIs out of the park or improving operational success at your previous workplace. There’s no time to be humble! Let it be known that you're a hard worker who'll bring invaluable knowledge to their business.

THREE

Lastly, adopt the brand's tone of voice. One of the most crucial factors they'll consider is whether you're the right cultural fit. Research their culture and values and use those keywords in your letter to further showcase your compatibility with the role. Oh, and one more thing... proofread, proofread, proofread!
