About the Role

The Wholesale Account Manager is a Mid-Senior level role within the Wholesale Sales Team, which

assists in the overall sales of the business, working with VIP and Mid-tier accounts selling ranges directly as well as regularly growing and developing new business.

NOTE: This is a maternity leave contract - will the high potential of remaining on board at a perm capacity

In this role you will:

● Create and develop own initiatives for new growth and innovation. Ensure collaboration with

Sales & Brand Director to ensure a clear path for account growth.

● Directly manage all major wholesale accounts, maintaining effective relationships and

demonstrating an intimate understanding of contracts and terms of agreements. Ensure the

terms of business, conditions and functions of inventory management, sales orders, marketing

and other business rules are met and kept to by internal teams and external clients.

● Drive sales relationships through data, leverage and communicate using data to improve core

KPI's with the goal of revenue.

● Ensure brick and mortar accounts are frequently reviewed throughout the year to assess VM

and maintain high standards and strong relationships with buying team and merchandising

contacts, seeking any opportunities to better showcase the brand.

● Cultivating rapport and relationships with key accounts especially VIP accounts through regular

visits, in-person and virtual catch ups, celebrating key milestones and holidays.

● Regular review of client sell throughs keeping up to date with each client’s performance.

● Regular review of client’s product sales on their websites for repeat opportunities.

● Regular review of client’s workflows and internal processes with Production and Warehouse

teams to ensure each client is well looked after.

● Manages product showings via our showroom, agents and trade shows for key accounts.
