THE ROLE

In this role you will:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Manage daily store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

  • Drive sales and achieve KPIs through effective team management and customer engagement.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the brand’s values.

  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to grow their skills and reach their potential.

  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
