About the Role

Get ready to glow up your Store Management career by adding this flagship location to your resume. You're a fit if you're a fast paced senior leader who ideally has multi-site experience due the scale of this operation. Think “mini-department store” all at the tips of your fingers. You’re someone who gets a buzz from highly organised and efficient store operations, all whilst driving culture at the core of everything you do. You work at speed without breaking a sweat and naturally have a flair for people leadership, problem solving and all things customer happiness. You’ll manage a team of up to 60 across both BOH and customer facing roles. Your key focus? Put your years of retail prowess into play to level up the entire runnings of this location. We’re talking a 360 degree culture and operations overhaul that will support a forecasted 40% YoY turnover increase.

In this role you will:

  • Manage daily store operations, including a stock control team, an in-store visual merchandiser and a large team of sales associates.

  • Drive sales through your team to achieve KPIs through operational excellence and customer engagement.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that aligns with the brand’s values.

  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to grow their skills and reach their potential.

  • Analyze sales data hourly and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

You’re a fit if you…

  • Have at least 2 years of experience as a retail store manager

  • Have multi-site experience
