About the Role
Step into the spotlight as a Senior Stylist, where your role goes beyond just helping clients find "the one." You’re here to make each bride feel like the most beautiful version of herself, from the first hello to the final fitting. Equal parts style icon and customer service pro, you bring a mix of fashion insight, heartfelt connection, and operational savvy to the boutique floor. Beyond styling, you’ll support the Boutique Manager in hitting sales goals, handling logistics, and delivering an unforgettable, luxury experience. Driven and ambitious, you’re ready to make your mark in the world of bridal fashion.
In this role you will:
Guide brides through a memorable styling journey, providing expert advice and a seamless, luxurious experience from first fitting to final choice.
Support the Boutique Manager with daily operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and boutique organization.
Build genuine connections with each bride, understanding her vision and bringing it to life with your knowledge of styles, fabrics, and fits.
Maintain an impeccably presented boutique, ensuring every detail is in line with the brand's high standards.
Assist in meeting sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Have experience in luxury retail or styling and are passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
