About the Role

Work closely with the Brand Founder in a role that is as dynamic as it is integral. Who are you? A proactive, highly organised individual with a knack for balancing both business and personal tasks seamlessly. You’re someone who moves effortlessly between coordinating scheduling, house management and organisation, managing travel logistics, all while keeping the Brand Founder’s day-to-day life running smoothly.

In this role you will:

  • Anticipate and organise day-to-day needs, seeing beyond the to-do list to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.

  • Provide essential support across both business and personal matters, ensuring smooth operations and well-organised schedules. You will often staying ahead of their needs in both personal and business capacities.

  • House management responsibilities such as organisation, setting up systems, grocery shopping or purchasing items for the home.

  • Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments and emails meticulously, as well as personal errands

  • Plan and book travel, packing, events, and appointments independently and use your discretion to align with the Founder’s goals and commitments.

  • Maintain a high level of communication, providing frequent updates and proactive suggestions for matters ranging from personal celebrations to business tasks.

You’re a fit if you…

  • Bring 2+ years previous experience as a House Manager or PA, ideally within fashion, to a media personality or similar

  • You are highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • You have a strong sense of urgency and maximise productivity, anticipating needs and tackling tasks before they arise.

  • You communicate effectively, offering proactive updates, options, and follow-ups

  • You love multi-tasking and initiative comes naturally to you

  • Have a driver’s license
