About the Role

Work directly with the visionary Founder, CEO & Creative Director in a role that is as dynamic as it is integral. Who are you? A proactive, highly organised individual with a knack for balancing both business and personal tasks seamlessly. You’re someone who moves effortlessly between coordinating photoshoots, scouting extraordinary locations, and managing event logistics, all while keeping the CEO’s day-to-day life running smoothly. With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for fashion, travel, and creative industries, you’re adept at anticipating needs, handling everything from travel planning to personal projects. The successful candidate will bring both efficiency and innovation to each task, ensuring that every detail aligns with the CEO’s unique vision.

In this role you will:

  • Provide essential support to the Founder/CEO across both business and personal matters, ensuring smooth operations and well-organised schedules.

  • Coordinate and plan photoshoots, managing logistics, budget, and scouting iconic locations, models, and talent that align with the brand’s aesthetic.

  • Oversee event coordination, from organising influencer collaborations to handling travel and on-the-ground support, ensuring each event and shoot runs seamlessly.

  • Prepare presentations and briefs for both internal and external meetings, representing the CEO’s vision with precision.

  • Manage complex travel plans, including business trips and personal journeys, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

  • Handle personal errands, from assisting with packing and scheduling appointments to managing personal events and PR activities.

  • Bring proven experience as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a strong track record of managing multiple, varied tasks simultaneously.

  • Have exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate both professional and personal responsibilities with attention to detail.

  • Are proactive, adaptable, and an effective communicator, with strong presentation skills and discretion.

  • Thrive in a dynamic setting, showing flexibility in supporting tasks across different time zones.
