About the Role

The Head of Marketing & Digital will take ownership of the overarching digital strategy, ensuring alignment with the business's growth goals while overseeing the performance and cohesion of all digital platforms, campaigns, and teams. This role requires a visionary leader with a data-driven approach who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.

In this role you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy encompassing e-commerce, social media, paid advertising, content, and omnichannel brand campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.

  • Act as a key stakeholder in shaping the overall customer journey (CX) and ensuring digital touch points align with brand values and objectives.

  • Monitor performance through analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and derive actionable insights to continuously optimise campaigns and website performance.

  • Manage relationships with external digital and advertising agencies, ensuring deliverables meet agreed performance metrics.

  • Oversee e-commerce revenue management, budget gap analysis, and forecasting, providing strategic recommendations to enhance online financial performance.

    • Lead the creation of fully integrated, high-impact digital marketing campaigns across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).

  • Oversee the allocation of digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal investment across platforms to meet and exceed KPIs.

  • Oversee PR, Events & Activations strategies, ensuring the brand receives consistent and positive media coverage. This includes the planning and execution of high-impact events, activations and influencer campaigns.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure digital strategies align with company-wide objectives and growth plans.

You’re a fit if you…

  • Bring 5+ years experience in senior digital roles, leading teams and delivering business growth

  • Have demonstrated experience driving e-commerce success through data- driven strategies.

  • Bring advanced knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, etc.) with the ability to extract and act on insights.

  • Experience leading the adoption of new technologies and digital trends.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Expertise in managing large-scale advertising budgets with a focus on ROI optimisation.
