About the Role

We are now seeking a talented Store Manager to join our Global Luxury Brand in their Emporium Store.

In this role, you will lead, train, manage, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales in line with set targets. You will continue to ensure that the team is creating a lasting client relationship with both new and existing clients, and provide exceptional service levels to ensure that clients enjoy an elevated luxury shopping experience.

In this role you will:

  • Ensure client satisfaction is achieved by all team members and that sales & brand expectations are upheld across all business KPIs 

  • Analyse the store sales and take necessary action to maximize sales opportunities 

  • Provide consistent feedback to the Assistant Manager & the team on their performance including conducting appraisals and performance development plans

  • Proactively build personal relationships with high-value clients and develop the store team to understand clients’ fashion and lifestyle preferences 

  • Take a detailed approach to client relations and database management by engaging and maintaining professional relationships, ensuring accurate details are added and that appointments and thank you emails are managed in line with the brand policies and procedures

  • Use the business CRM at an optimised standard to ensure all client communications and employee relations documentation is managed in line with expectations

  • Ensure training and development opportunities are offered to all staff members across onboarding, product training, shopping experience training and store presentation standards

  • Create an enjoyable working environment that promotes passion, focus, results, and inclusivity 

  • Prepare, manage and execute the Visual Merchandising launches to ensure that a consistently high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive 

  • Have a thorough understanding of loss prevention procedures and ensure stock levels, discrepancies and transfers are meticulously managed
