About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with a strong track record in paid ads/ performance marketing to play a pivotal role in scaling the brand’s global presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimise paid media strategies across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
Drive lead generation, brand awareness, and online conversions across global markets.
Take full ownership of our digital advertising strategy, playing a pivotal role in scaling global presence
Implement advanced audience segmentation, including behavioural, demographic, and geo-specific targeting to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Design and execute intricate A/B and multivariate testing across all ad platforms to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
Utilise platform-specific tools and AI-driven optimisation features to refine bidding strategies and maximise ROI.
Manage, monitor, and scale multi-channel campaigns with in-depth knowledge of each platform’s unique algorithm and ad delivery mechanisms.
Analyse and interpret campaign data to create insightful reports and recommend actionable improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing and business objectives.
Direct the marketing team to create required assets as needed, understanding and identifying needs based on new opportunities and by monitoring competitors successes.
Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution

You’re a fit if you…
Bring 3+ years’ experience in a hands-on paid digital advertising across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and Pinterest (all platforms are required).
Ideally have experience in an ecommerce first driven retail brand (beauty, fashion or accessories highly regarded).
Demonstrated experience in lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion optimisation.
High understanding of web analytics using Google Analytics. Looker Studio also a bonus.
Digital marketing technology experience, including a high degree of understanding of SEO, CRM, and social media platforms.
Proven ability to manage and optimise campaigns for global markets with deep insights into regional advertising trends.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
SEO experience and understanding of HTML are a bonus, but not a requirement.
Ability to work autonomously, while also able to seamlessly co-ordinate new and innovative asset requirements to the content marketing team for prompt creation.
