About the Role
You’re a designer who combines strong design acumen with practical skill with a particular passion for print. Your artistic vision will be woven into the fabric of each collection through innovation and meticulous craftsmanship. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the brand’s legacy through artisanal integrity and a sustainable mindset at the forefront of each collection.
In this role you will:
Collaborate closely with the design team & textile team to conceptualise and craft captivating textile designs.
Demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency, ensuring designs are optimised for production efficiency.
Stay at the forefront of emerging textile design trends and techniques. Embrace innovation, experiment with new ideas, and adapt to evolving industry standards.
Uphold brand commitment to quality by conducting thorough reviews of design concepts and making necessary refinements to meet our high standards.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines to support the timely delivery of collections. Ensuring all capsule collections are maintaining critical dates.
Push the boundaries of creativity, challenging conventional norms while maintaining the brand's distinct style.
You’re a fit if you…
Have 4+ years experience as a fashion Designer/Senior Designer
Bring experience in designing for a print fashion brand.
Know Adobe Suite like the back of your hand (Advanced)
Strong fashion CAD and photoshop skills.
A love for color and print.
Impeccable attention to detail
Love staying up to date with design trends, industry developments and new textile processes
