About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a passionate team of creatives. Who are you? A skilled and visionary leader, you combine a passion for design with the expertise of managing a bustling, creativity-fuelled environment. With a sharp eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of fashion and design trends, you’re both an innovator and a coordinator, able to bring ideas to life while managing timelines and resources. Your experience and collaborative nature drive the creation of collections that are not only inspiring and distinctive but also meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

In this role you will:

  • Lead and inspire the Design team by providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Coordinate all stages of the design process, from concept to completion, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and projects stay on schedule.

  • Maintain high design standards, conducting regular reviews to ensure alignment with the brand’s unique aesthetic and quality expectations.

  • Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends, fostering a culture that encourages fresh ideas and creative approaches.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align design initiatives with overall business goals and occasionally take on tasks outside of your role to support broader company success.

  • Bring proven experience in a design leadership role, with strong abilities in team management and project oversight.

  • Have excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Are proficient in design software and tools, with a deep understanding of design principles and best practices.
