About the Role
Play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales and guarantee team success. Always the team player **read: personality hire** you lead by example, motivating those around you and optimising sales through your enviable customer service. You know a thing or two about the behind-the-scenes retail biz, meaning you're operationally savvy in stock organisation, roster management, visual merchandising and all that jazz.
You're someone with a well-developed sense of style who never misses when it comes to wardrobe choices. You have an eye on your own career development, with a firm idea of what your future goals in retail are.
In this role you will:
Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, support team goals, and create a smooth, successful store launch.
Lead by example on the floor, delivering top-notch customer service that enhances each customer’s experience and maximizes sales.
Contribute to daily operations, taking charge of stock organization, assisting with roster management, and ensuring the store meets visual merchandising standards.
Motivate and support your team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and growth.
Assist in developing and implementing store strategies to set a strong foundation for this new location’s success.
