About the Role

Play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales and guarantee team success. Always the team player **read: personality hire** you lead by example, motivating those around you and optimising sales through your enviable customer service. You know a thing or two about the behind-the-scenes retail biz, meaning you're operationally savvy in stock organisation, roster management, visual merchandising and all that jazz.

You're someone with a well-developed sense of style who never misses when it comes to wardrobe choices. You have an eye on your own career development, with a firm idea of what your future goals in retail are. 

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, support team goals, and create a smooth, successful store launch.

  • Lead by example on the floor, delivering top-notch customer service that enhances each customer’s experience and maximizes sales.

  • Contribute to daily operations, taking charge of stock organization, assisting with roster management, and ensuring the store meets visual merchandising standards.

  • Motivate and support your team, fostering a positive and engaging work environment that promotes teamwork and growth.

  • Assist in developing and implementing store strategies to set a strong foundation for this new location’s success.
