About the Role
STORE MANAGER
As the Boutique Manager, you’ll lead our boutique team in delivering the memorable, personalised experience the brand is known for. You'll be the key contact for our brides, guiding them through every step of their journey to find “the one.” In this hands-on role, you'll manage all boutique operations, conduct one-on-one appointments, and ensure the space meets the brands high standards of elegance and warmth. Collaborating closely with the Australian Boutique & Customer Service Manager, you’ll drive sales, support your team, and continuously elevate the customer experience to make every bride feel confident, beautiful, and understood.
ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and go-getting Assistant Store Manager for one of our beautiful boutiques, to play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in order to drive sales and foster team success. Always the team player, you're someone who leads by example, motivating those around you and optimising sales through outstanding customer service. The role requires someone who has a flair for operations, is KPI-driven, highly sales-oriented and sees the value in delivering superior customer experience always.
SENIOR STYLIST
Step into the spotlight as a Senior Stylist, where your role goes beyond just helping clients find "the one." You’re here to make each bride feel like the most beautiful version of herself, from the first hello to the final fitting. Equal parts style icon and customer service pro, you bring a mix of fashion insight, heartfelt connection, and operational savvy to the boutique floor. Beyond styling, you’ll support the Boutique Manager in hitting sales goals, handling logistics, and delivering an unforgettable, luxury experience.
