About the Role

As the Boutique Manager, you’ll lead our boutique team in delivering the memorable, personalised experience the brand is known for. You'll be the key contact for our brides, guiding them through every step of their journey to find “the one.” In this hands-on role, you'll manage all boutique operations, conduct one-on-one appointments, and ensure the space meets the brands high standards of elegance and warmth. Collaborating closely with the Australian Boutique & Customer Service Manager, you’ll drive sales, support your team, and continuously elevate the customer experience to make every bride feel confident, beautiful, and understood.

In this role you will:

  • Conduct one on one bridal appointments and provide an exceptional customer experience to brides everyday.

  • Develop strong, genuine, and trustworthy relationships with each bride.

  • Consult with customers on bridal gown preferences and strive to fulfil their expectations by recommending suitable products.

  • Take accurate measurements to select suitable dresses for fittings.

  • Provide outstanding after-sales service to all brides via email and phone.

  • Drive and support the Boutique Stylists to ensure sales targets are achieved.

  • Provide feedback from appointments and dress sales to HQ on a weekly basis.

  • Manage appointment bookings and general boutique administration including rostering.

  • Deliver feedback and recommendations to drive continual improvement.

You’re a fit if you…

  • Bring 3+ years of experience as a Boutique, Flagship, Bridal Manager, or something similar.

  • Have luxury boutique experience - it’s a huge plus!

  • Are passionate about creating unforgettable moments for brides.

  • Are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to hit those KPIs.

  • Take ownership for the success of your boutique - you treat a store as if it were your own!

  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and with confidence.

  • Have a keen eye for detail and are highly attentive.
