In this role you will:
Lead a team of 6 to success through driving sales and KPIs.
Bring a beautiful customer journey to life with the team and clients alike
Manage the stock inventory of the boutique with a fine attention detail when new launches drop
Have a strong understanding of business acumen and create solution based actions from data
Work closely with your Cluster Manager to drive the boutique towards greatness
Mentor your team and create development plans for growth in your team
