In this role you will:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring every client enjoys an exceptional service experience that aligns with our brand standards.
Lead by example on the shop floor, coaching and providing real-time feedback to team members to elevate customer service and drive sales.
Regularly conduct styling workshops to keep the team up-to-date on the latest collections, enhancing their ability to deliver expert styling advice.
Collaborate on managing store budgets, rosters, and daily operations, identifying opportunities to optimize performance and meet financial targets.
Motivate and guide your team by understanding their unique drivers, setting clear sales targets, and using creative selling tools to achieve success.
Oversee stock management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of new deliveries, stock takes, and visual merchandising to maintain a high standard in-store.
