About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and go-getting Assistant Store Manager for our client’s first retail boutiques. You will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in order to drive sales and foster team success in this luxury location. Always the team player, you're someone who leads by example, motivating those around you and optimising sales through outstanding customer service. The role requires someone who has a flair for operations, is KPI-driven, highly sales-oriented and sees the value in delivering superior customer experience always.
In this role you will:
Support in the opening of our client’s first ever retail store with a focus on delivering a luxury service to clients
Build solid client relations and generate a returning VIP client base
Proactively build personal relationships with high value clients
Develop the store team to understand clients’ fashion and lifestyle preferences
Identify clients’ expenditure and trends season on season, and provide feedback to the B&P
team follow up with the relevant strategy
Support the Store Manager to ensure that all team members achieve a superior standard of product knowledge to maximize sales
Support the Store Manager to ensure that all team members organise appointments in accordance with the launches, re-cuts, and clients’ requests
Ensure that an exemplary standard of client service is provided to all clients (VIPs and non-VIPs), in line with brand expectation
Work alongside the Manager to lead and develop a high performing team that achieves individual and team sales results, builds strong team morale and a positive workplace attitude
Ensure that a consistent high standard of Visual Presentation is achieved and reflective of the brand directive
