About the Role

In this role you will:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple stores, driving sales performance and operational efficiency.

  • Lead, coach, and develop store leaders and teams to achieve targets and provide exceptional customer experiences.

  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and implement strategies for meeting performance goals.

  • Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to maintain brand consistency across all locations.

  • Work alongside other area managers to ensure uniformity and success across the retail network.

  • Foster a culture of customer service excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.

You’re a fit if you…

  • You have 2+ years of experience in multi-site retail management, ideally within an Australian fashion brand.

  • You possess strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • You have a results-driven mindset, with a strong ability to drive sales performance and meet financial targets.

  • You’re an excellent communicator, with the ability to problem-solve and organise effectively.

  • You understand retail operations, including sales analysis, visual merchandising, and maintaining brand standards.

  • You’re flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel frequently between NSW and VIC stores.
